After the status of an invoice is changed to “paid” or “in progress”, the Advanced Picklist automatically generates an Email (optional: one Email per storage location), which can then be sent to e.g. a warehouse. This Email contains the items belonging to the order as well as their storage locations, the order number in normal form and in barcode form (if the YBM barcode extension is installed). Additionally the Email contains the PDF of the invoice, generated by Magento (if the YBM Picklistinvoice extension is installed).
